This workshop provides attendees with some insight in to how a Family Constellations Session works, who it can benefit and the outcome an attendee can expect.  Eleni will take participants through a constellation so everyone can witness the impact they can have.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger- a Gestalt and Systems Therapist. It is a psycho-dynamic and spiritual approach to resolving current problems by looking into family systems and ancestral lines.

In Family Constellations, current problems are perceived as stemming back to emotional and physical entanglements, exclusions (secrets), disordering of responsibilities (e.g. a child carrying a parent emotionally) and traumas. These get passed on unconsciously and energetically from previous generations of the family, even if those who are affected currently are unaware of the original event or trauma in the past.

Eleni Kidis of Yogahari Healing and is a qualified Social Worker, Emotional Focused Therapist (EFT) for individuals & couples. EFT is a therapeutic modality based on attachment theory and uses strengthening emotional bonds to create reconnection and attunement with self and others. Eleni is also a Family Constellation Facilitator which is a psycho-dynamic, somatic, and spiritual approach to resolving current problems by looking into family systems and ancestral lines.
