Prana House's Signature 90min Treatment
Starting with a sensory journey, your therapist will guide you through a breathwork practice to help you drop into your body; allowing you to intuitively decide upon an aromatherapy oil blend that best suits your needs on the day. This will be followed by a full body relaxation massage and mini-facial including double cleanse and your choice of exfoliation or mask (customised to suit the skin) and finishes with a scalp massage. This flowing treatment allows for the free-flow of Prana throughout the physical and energetic bodies and will end with the gentle arousal of the senses through sound healing instruments. Prana House's Signature 90min Pregnancy Treatment
Beginning with a beautiful foot bath ritual, our Signature 90min Pregnancy Treatment includes an hour-long body massage with the support of a full-length body pillow ~ either side-lying or with belly-support (tailored to the trimester you're in at the time).
Finishing with a mini-facial including double cleanse and your choice of exfoliation or mask (customised to suit the skin), finishing with scalp massage - this gorgeous treatment has been designed to connect mother & baby through the power of touch.
Relaxation Massage
A full body relaxation massage totally tailored to you. Starting with a consultation to ascertain your needs, we guide you through a sensory journey with 3 different aromatherapy blends, allowing your body to decide which it is drawn to most on the day. From there, we incorporate these essential oils in with your oil, focusing on specific areas of tension in the body.
Deep Tissue Massage
A full body deep tissue massage working with both the physical and energetic aspects of the body & spirit. Starting with a consultation to ascertain your needs, we then tailor the treatment to suit specific concerns with trigger points and remedial techniques that with melt muscle tension away. Incorporating both bodywork and more subtle energy work, this treatment is a beautiful integrative experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed and realigned.
Pregnancy Massage
