Courses
Our courses are an excellent way to learn & explore yoga and mindful living.
Each week new themes are introduced which allows for a progressive and comprehensive building of techniques, understanding and experience. If your new to yoga we recommend our Introduction to Yoga Course, which will cover a basic intro to Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranaa Yoga and Traditional Tantra Yoga.
Our Prenatal Yoga Course has been specifically designed to support the changing needs of a woman’s body through out their pregnancy and to prepare them for child birth.
For those interested in discovering the power of breath, try our 6 week Pranayama and Conscious Breathing Course.

For anyone who misses the beginning of this course and would just like to drop in to the 8.30am Saturday Pre-Natal class you can book via our timetable or your Mindbody account. Our prenatal teacher will discuss your pregnancy and stage with you and adjust the class to suit each individual.
Pre-natal casual classes run every Saturday from 8.30am - 9.45am outside of course dates.
*Course participants that have any of the following conditions should contact Prana house to arrange a time for Paul to speak with you directly prior to committing to the course: neurological conditions including epilepsy, mental illness, heart disease, pregnancy or recent childbirth, recent surgery, PTSD, asthma.
