Lucy Biggs
Lucy has recently joined the Prana House Yoga Teacher Team and is facilitating our free weekly Community Yoga Class held at 9.30am on Tuesday's. These classes will be offered as Slow Flow or Vinyasa.
She is a recent graduate in 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, however, has been practicing yoga for over a decade.
Lucy was originally drawn to yoga for the physical benefits and over the years has gained a deeper appreciation for mindfulness and personal wellbeing benefits.
Yoga is a big part of her life, she has a strong passion to share this practice with those around her. She is of the belief that yoga is a lifelong practice.
This class aims to provide access to yoga for those who would ordinarily find yoga unaffordable. If you know anyone who could benefit from this class please encourage them to come along.
