Yin Yoga for Grounding and Soothing - 5 Week Online Course

Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice for the physical body as we hold postures for 3-5min, in order to get deep into the fascia connective tissue. During these times in particular it is important to soften our physical body and release any areas of tension, that we are ready to let go of. For the mind, we have a wonderful opportunity to connect to our internal landscape & approach our mind with love and compassion.
During this course we will dive deep into the practice of meditation, breath work & physical asana(postures). Each week will have a different theme promoting a deeper connection to ourselves and each other. We will learn tools to help us navigate or daily lives and adapt to change. I am so excited to be on this journey with you and cannot wait to connect! This course is brought to you in the comfort of your own home and we will learn how to set up sacred space using cleansing rituals and practices. This journey is one of self love and compassion with an invitation to journal and reflect.
