Yoga helps women discover a balance of strength and surrender in body, mind, heart and spirit and this is great preparation for childbirth and mothering. Pregnancy yoga is widely recognised by health professionals as an effective and safe practice for pregnancy and is one of the most beneficial self-care practices you can participate in during this meaningful and important time. A holistic practice of postures, flowing movement, deep relaxation, breathing and meditation and is suitable for all levels of experience.
