The practice begins with breathwork focusing on the heart center to ground us in the present moment and open our hearts to explore the feeling of self-compassion through mindfulness approaches and techniques. Following that, immerse yourself in sound frequencies to restore balance and harmony to your mind, spirit, and body, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation
