The connection with our higher self takes us on a journey of deeper understanding of our purpose on this planet and a connection that goes beyond the ordinary often we call it spiritual awakening, and the power that drives these divine forces relies on the Crown Chakra.

Immerse yourself in this session with teachings of this Chakra, we will explore the meaning and how to recognize when this chakra is blocked, or awake. We will do a powerful practice that will guide you toward activating and balancing this chakra through breathing techniques.

Then, Let the soothing Sound Bath wash away any stress and tension, allowing you to connect with your higher self in a safe space.

Sound Healing is an ancient technique of meditating with proven benefits:

-Reduces Stress and anxiety

-Improve nervous system health

-Improves sleep and relaxation.

-Release emotional tension and trauma.

What to bring:

Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for use at the studio. Participants are encouraged to bring the following items for additional comfort:
Cushion for underhead
Weighted eye pillow or eye mask/something to place over your eyes to support further immersive experience
Drink bottle for hydration
Wear loose, comfortable clothes

Avoid of any caffeine intake before the session.

Please arrive approx. 5 minutes early to settle in, the event starts at 2:30 pm
