Sense of Self Compassion - Sound Bath and Guided Meditation

16th October 2022, 6pm-7.30pm

Comfort yourself by exploring self-compassion with a sound bath meditation.

A moment to let go of any negative self -judgment, allowing yourself to receive and build positive memories of inner connection for your healing journey.

This time the flow of the practice will start with breathwork focusing on the heart center to ground ourselves in the present moment, and open our hearts to explore the feeling of self-compassion with mindfulness approaches and techniques.

Then, you will be immersed in sound frequencies to bring balance and harmony to your mind, spirit, and body while the sound vibrations will guide you to enter into a restorative state with deep relaxation.

Sound Healing is an ancient technique of meditating with proven benefits:

- Release emotional tension and trauma.

This is an IN-PERSON event at Prana House.

***Bring a pillow, eye mask, and comfy clothes or whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience.

Please arrive approx. 15 minutes early to settle in, the event starts at 6 pm ***
