Manifest your Vision - Manifestation Workshop and Sound Bath
If you would like to know how to manifest your dreams into reality, connecting with your vision to create the abundance in your life that you deserve, this manifestation workshop and sound bath is a great way to get to know more about the manifestation process, and the theory behind it, learning tools step by step.
This session will start with the manifestation workshop so bring your journal or a piece of paper with a pen.
Also, we will do breathwork techniques to settle in before our sound journey. Then, you will be immersed in sound healing frequencies, bringing down brain activity and entering your subconsciousness with deep meditation. The sounds of quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls will help you balance your mind, spirit, and body.
