• discover how to harness Western, Ayurvedic, and TCM knowledge of menopause.
• enjoy a holistic approach with information on complementary therapies and herbal remedies
• discover what you need to know to support the changes in menopausal women's hearts, lungs, and pelvic floors.
• understand the changes in muscle strength and bone density and how to address them.

What women say:

"The way that Margot presented it and the genuinely inclusive kind atmosphere that she created along with the exceptional information and how it all flowed and also the actual application of the theory content with a beautiful yoga class. It was all really worthwhile and I am so glad I went."
Pam

"The training deepened my understanding of what menopause is, how it affects the body and mind, how it can impact someone's yoga practice and how the symptoms can be supported by a well-planned yoga practice. I feel I now have a good understanding of how to introduce, sequence and modify a practice according to the different symptoms being targeted."
Megan

A Note from Margot

Hi, I’m Margot

As a yogini, teacher, retreat facilitator, and teacher trainer, I’m inspired by the alchemical possibilities embodied in the rhythms of a woman’s life cycle and the emotional and psychic physicality of being a woman. The last decade of my life has been devoted to researching, exploring, and teaching how yoga can nurture and support women through the different stages of their feminine life cycle. My passion is empowering women to embrace their menopause transition as an opportunity for insight and personal growth.

Yoga for Menopause Well-Being grew from a deep desire to share with teachers the knowledge, techniques, and specialised practices to create inspiring menopause-inclusive classes to grow their community and reframe menopause as a celebration and an opportunity for personal growth and insight.

While trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation instructor, I’ve been drawn to a feminine expression of yoga through studying with teachers like Shiva Rae, Delamay Devi, Donna Farhi and Mysan Sidbo. My teachings are infused with a love of yoga philosophical stories and a playful and sometimes irreverent sense of humour.

By empowering yoga teachers with the knowledge and skills to craft menopause-inclusive classes, my vision is to be part of a wave of women collectively rising up and reclaiming menopause as a celebration of womanhood in all her colours.

I can't wait to meet you,

Margot x
