Foundational Forms - Conscious and Embodied Moving - Integrated Pranayama and Rest
This 6 week course is designed as a counter-balance to the end-of-year pace. Over 6 weeks we will focus on different practices to support connection, grounding and a calming of the nervous system. Throughout this course you will be invited to move through slow hatha yoga sequences, grounding practices, pranayama practices, restorative postures and rest practices.

Mia and Rosie are qualified trauma-informed and community-based yoga teachers who have volunteered and worked within the community sector for a number of years. They have each experienced the benefits of movement practices and believe strongly in creating more inclusive, accessible, trauma-informed and affordable ways of practicing yoga.
