This specialised yoga class, designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep rest to support you through symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, and disrupted sleep.

Cassandra Varga is a certified Menopause Yoga TM teacher, trained by its founder Petra Coveney. She brings a unique blend of expertise in breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, and functional nutrition to create sessions that adapt to your needs—whether you’re looking to ease symptoms, restore energy, or simply have space to connect with your changing body.
