Join Aoife on Sunday evenings for a nurturing 5 week journey back to the heart. Living from the heart space and coming back to the soul allows us to sooth our internal world, and move through these externally chaotic times with peace and grace. Through nourishing practices of Yin & Restorative yoga we will dive into the 8 limbs of Yoga found in Yogic Philosophy, learning their significance in & how we can integrate the teachings into our daily lives, both on and off the mat.
You will learn tools such as Tantric Meditation, Pranayama (breath work) & Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) that will regulate our nervous system where we will become familiar with our parasympathetic dominance - our rest and digest. Yin and Restorative Yoga are beautiful practices that allow both the mind and body to let go of any tension and completely relax. These soothing practices will bring you into a restful and calm state where you can truly connect to your heart centre.
