Vedic Meditation is easy to learn and practice in everyday life. It is practised twice a day for 20 minutes and does not require any effort, concentration, focus or contemplation. Vedic Meditation provides the body with an extraordinary level of rest, which is from two to five times deeper than sleep, and enables the release of fatigue as well as deep-rooted stress. Everyone can learn this technique including children. No skill or talent is required.

COURSE STRUCTURE

  • Day 1. Sunday 17 September 60 min by appointment

  • Day 2. Monday 18 September from 18:30 to 20:00

  • Day 3. Tuesday 19 September from 18:30 to 20:00

  • Day 4. Wednesday 20 September from 18:30 to 20:00

The first day consists of a private session during which the teacher, Corinna, initiates the student to the technique. Before giving the personalised mantra or sound to the student, the teacher performs a short gratitude ceremony. The student receives the first instructions on how to use the mantra. On the subsequent days, participants meet jointly for about 90 each day to dive into the science of how and why to meditate. These sessions will also include mantra checking, group practice and Q&A.

Day 1. Receive a personalised mantra in an individual session along with the first few simple instructions to practice on your own
Day 2. Understand the mechanics of correct meditation and validate your personal experiences
Day 3. Learn the mechanics of stress release and how the body-mind connection influences your experience in meditation
Day 4. Picture a life free from irrelevant stresses and learn about the development of higher states of consciousness
