Sound Bath & Yin Yoga Experience

Unwind your body and mind as we combine the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing tones of a Sound Bath. This fusion of ancient healing traditions will create a serene atmosphere that encourages you to let go, release stress, and find inner balance.

The flow of this session will start with:

Breathwork to settle into the present moment, regulating our nervous system, then followed by Yin Yoga a restorative practice that targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. Through a series of slow and nourishing poses, we will encourage you to surrender into each posture, allowing the body to gently open and release tension.

After the class, you will be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing instruments, such as Crystal Bowls, Chimes, and Tibetan Bowls. These harmonic frequencies have the power to resonate within your body, calming the mind, and supporting a profound state of relaxation and meditation.

Our intention is to guide you on a journey of self-awareness. By surrendering to the present moment and letting go of resistance, you'll open doors to inner peace, clarity, and self-discovery. This event is a gentle reminder that it's okay to slow down, recharge, and prioritize your well-being.
