The Solar Plexus Chakra is our source of personal power and self-esteem, the power of transformation the fire that lives with us to achieve our deepest desires.
We will explore in this session what is the Manipura Chakra also known as the Solar Plexus and the key elements involved in this chakra. Allow yourself in this practice to learn more about this chakra, how to awaken the energy of self-confidence, and recognize when this chakra is blocked.
The flow of this practice will start with breathwork to ground ourselves in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation that will lead us towards our sound bath with the harmonic sounds of Crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls for a deep restorative moment to reconnect with this energy of self-motivation and our subconscious state of being
This event is suitable for individuals of all experience levels regarding meditation and sound healing.

What to bring:
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are available for use at the studio. Participants are encouraged to bring the following items for additional comfort:
Cushion for underhead
Weighted eye pillow or eye mask/something to place over your eyes to support relaxation
Drink bottle for hydration
Wear loose, comfortable clothes
Avoid of any caffeine intake before the session.
