ITINERARY
9:00am We recommend that attendees arrive early, so you can get settled into the space before the session
9:30am Flow yoga and meditation session led by Prana House
10:15am Nutritious breakfast
10:45am Self-care + GUT education from Dietitian Joanna Baker from @theguthealthdietitian
11:10am Self-care, movement and nervous system education from Physiotherapist Ash Ormond from @ashlaniormond
11:30am wrap up
