Community health event: evidence-based education, yoga, nutritious breakfast, meet like minded people and your local heath professionals.

Self-care is an important aspect of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Self-care is not only important for looking after ourselves, but it can also have a positive impact on our ability to care for others.

Held in the beautiful Prana House venue, Health Hatch is hosting it's 10th community health event.

ITINERARY

9:00am We recommend that attendees arrive early, so you can get settled into the space before the session

9:30am Flow yoga and meditation session led by Prana House

10:15am Nutritious breakfast

10:45am Self-care + GUT education from Dietitian Joanna Baker from @theguthealthdietitian

11:10am Self-care, movement and nervous system education from Physiotherapist Ash Ormond from @ashlaniormond

11:30am wrap up
