Monthly Classic NIA Class with Mary Jo Strafford

NIA is a pleasure based non-intimidating dance practice which focuses on dynamic ease and blends music, movement and mindfulness to bring holistic joy.

These classes are for all fitness levels and are low impact, bare-foot, sensory-based cardio movement class.  They keep the mind sharp and the body fluid.

Some of the many benefits of Nia include cardiovascular health, alleviation of stress and anxiety, hormonal stability and an increase in well being, leaving you feeling energised, alive, mentally clear and emotionally balanced.

These classes will be held on the last Wednesday of every month.
