Still Movement: A 90min immersion of breath, movement & deep relaxation

 

This experience is for those struggling with ‘end of year burnout’, who would like to drop into deep relaxation and connect to the stillness that lies beyond day-to-day busyness. 

 

This experience will support you to reconnect back to you center, and move through the end of the year with a greater level of ease, joy and presence.

 

During this 90 minutes you will work with NLP self enquiry techniques, movement, shaking, and gentle breathwork. 

 

Music is woven throughout this journey as the conditions for deep peace and recovery are created.

Meet Claire: 

 

I have spent a decade studying the magic of the body and mind. 

After spending time living in London, Spain, and New York, I have been blessed to learn from some of the world's most renowned teachers. 

I have spent significant periods teaching in healing centres and Ashrams throughout India and Cambodia (between 2017 - 2020), and have been able to learn multiple healing modalities. 

 

From women living in incarceration, to elite athletes, corporates, creatives, movers, and shakers — I have had vast experience supporting people to heal from the stress caused by trauma and day-to-day modern living. 

After being diagnosed with fatigue and having thyroid and adrenal issues for most of my life, I understand first-hand what it’s like to reach burnout and exhaustion.

 

Although treating the symptoms of burnout is necessary, (stress, exhaustion, digestion, issues etc), I believe this is only one half of the equation.

 

Addressing the underlying emotional root cause of burnout, (not feeling good enough, feeling too much or not enough), is where my clients have found the biggest transformation and a sense of peace. 

When we are relaxed, well rested, and lit up by life — we are better humans.
