FREE Mindfulness Meditation Class
Followed by optional info session on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)
Join Ingrid Jolley, an experienced mindfulness teacher, for a 1 hour meditation class incorporating mindful movement and stillness practice. Following this session you will have the opportunity to learn about the world renowned evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, which will be starting on the 12th October at Prana House. Discounts to the MBSR program will be offered at this session.
MBSR brings the principles of mindfulness meditation into everyday life by teaching specific skills and practices that can be incorporated into daily life to help break cycles of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion. Come and learn how this inspiring course can help you develop more mental, emotional, physical and psychological resilience and well-being. Start applying your innate capacity to both reduce distress, and also enhance delight and appreciation for what is here. By learning where and how to place attention, the world opens up, and small and big freedoms can be found.
