WHAT TO EXPECT
On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.
Please then find a spot - yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided and set up for you.

🔅 We will begin with sharing the intentions of the event and brief context to energy balancing

🔅 We will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.
🔅 This will then lead into the sound healing which will be blended with reiki and guided meditation

🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.

Enza, founder of SOL Rituals, is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound and Reiki Practitioner. Enza began practicing meditation over 15 years ago, initially as a way to improve overall wellness, and now also to connect inwards and deepen her understanding of self. With her professional experience in the corporate world, she understands the pressures of finding balance between the practicalities of everyday life and fostering inner connection and peace.
