Ange (she/they) warmly invites you to a non-judgmental space for a gentle Hatha yoga practice, where movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) are intentionally incorporated to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and ease anxiety.
Through this guided experience, you'll have the freedom to explore the mind-body connection and find grounding, calm, and presence. Ange’s sessions are designed to help you slow down, allowing space to cultivate self-awareness and connection in a nurturing environment open to all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
Here, you’ll learn tools and strategies to release physical tension, calm your nervous system, and integrate practices of presence and self-care, both on and off the mat.
