Nia White Belt is the first step on the Nia training path. Here you’ll immerse in the foundations of Nia through the “Art of Sensation”. This means learning to tune into your body and use conscious movement for optimal health and wellbeing.

As you practice and embody the White Belt principles, you develop a more loving and meaningful relationship with your body, and the courage to be yourself. You also create lasting friendships in a nourishing circle of connection.

In Nia White Belt, you’ll learn and embody:

- Nia’s mindful practices, including 5Stages
-13 Nia White Belt principles beginning with Joy of Movement
- Nia’s 52 moves for whole body healing and conditioning
- Body Literacy – how to use your own body’s wisdom and make empowered choices to feel better
- 5 Core Competencies – Movement, Music, Philosophy, Science, Anatomy

To join the White Belt, no prior experience is required. Instead, we encourage everybody to step in with a “beginner’s mind”.

This 7-day in-person Immersion includes 14 weeks of access to OnDemand content.

To register, a 50% deposit is required, with the final balance due 30 days out.

You won’t be moving the whole time, and you don’t need a certain level of fitness to do this. The White Belt is paced so you can get the most out of the content in your unique learning style, and graduate feeling energised and inspired. It’s never too late to say yes to coming home to yourself and to living a soul satisfying life of meaning and purpose.

While most people take the White Belt for their own personal wellness, it is also the first step for those who desire to become SACRED LIVELIHOOD MEMBERS and teach Nia.
