Healing your ego is a beautiful path to self-awareness.
In this workshop, we will explore how the ego is our sense of identity and individuality, plus the ego as our protection mechanism in this world, and how it impacts our inner critic and self-talk.
This session will start with the ego workshop so bring your journal or a piece of paper with a pen to complete some exercises.
Also, we will do breathwork techniques to settle in before our sound journey. Then, you will be immersed in sound healing frequencies, bringing down brain activity and entering your subconsciousness with deep meditation. The sounds of quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls will help you balance your mind, spirit, and body.
Sound Healing is an ancient technique of meditating with proven benefits:

***Bring a pillow, eye mask, and comfy clothes or whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience.
