Do you feel all parts of you alive and present in your life? Have you allowed yourself to fully own all aspects of who you are?
Every single woman is beautiful and radiant. Wise, deep and brave. Luscious AF.
Whether you feel it right now, or not. And, whether you’ve never felt it before.
More often than not we are too busy, too career oriented, too family focused, too tired and ultimately then too disconnected from ourselves to see who and what we are with clear eyes.
Particularly now, still feeling the ramifications of the upheaval to our lives we’ve experienced over the past few years.
We struggle to receive or give to ourselves, putting others' needs before our own nourishment.
To allow the gift of seeing and feeling the truth of ourselves we need to make time. We need to make space. And we absolutely need to be in the presence of other like-minded women.
Through the intimacy of connection we are able to lessen the sting of feeling like we are alone. We are able to appreciate our strengths and weaknesses, our vulnerabilities and power, our struggles and triumphs by seeing them mirrored in the expressions of other women.
We have the opportunity to feel united in sisterhood, liberated from shame around what we’re experiencing and lovingly held in the truth of who we are and what we’re going through.
We can all feel a little lost sometimes. Confused about what decisions are going to be right for us, not knowing what it is we truly want, feeling stuck or simply not enjoying life and our experiences in ways that light us up, make us feel vibrantly alive or bring us pleasure and fulfillment.
We long for others to have the answer, even tell us what to do, to try to make it quicker and easier to understand what the next step is and feel confident enough to take it. We also rarely take the time to really slow down, get out of our heads and survival mode, in order to listen to the whispers of our own beings.
The Wisdom Within women’s circle is a supportive space for women to connect with themselves and each other, to explore their relationship to their body, heart & soul and access the incredible depth of wisdom, intuition and inner knowing you already hold within, to bring all aspects of you to be more fully and radiantly expressed.
Through sharing circles, and art & embodiment practices, we will connect with our own inner cycles of receiving and release, seeding and completing to activate our eros, our life force energy, inspiration and creative flow for the answers we seek to rise to the surface from our internal realms.
This is a gentle, playful and fun opportunity to create art in connection with others, in a way that holds no pressure or expectation on the final product. This is not about perfectionist pieces, the art you create is a message from your own being, to be witnessed, experienced and interpreted by you.
And so, I would love to invite you to be a part of Wisdom Within.
I am so inspired and passionate about creating time and space for women like you to come together and be seen and heard for wherever you are at, and it is my intention to create a safe and gentle space for you to know and express yourself, share your voice and your truth.
I desire to provide an environment where women feel understood, empowered and nourished.
Make this your self-care non-negotiable and see what begins to shift in your life. Feel what begins to move within your relationship to how you see yourself, when accessing and daring to trust, your own wisdom.

A nourishing afternoon tea will be provided, with dietary requirements catered for.

Comfortable Clothes to move in
Water Bottle
Journal or Sketch Book
Art Supplies of choice (please no paint) {There will also be some art supplies available}
A Blanket, Shawl or Pillow is also welcome to provide a nurturing space as you move or create.
