About Licia

Licia is Italian but has lived in Australian for almost 6 years. She has been practicing yoga since she was 10 years old. Licia is also a passionate singer and music. She loves nature, taking care of plants and gardening. She is also a passionate reader and wellness lover.

Yoga Influences

Vinyasa, Yiengar and Kundalini.

Teaching Style

Licia’s classes are based on Pranaa yoga but also like to incorporate some Vinyasa flows; She loves using props to help students reach new and challenging asanas – Yiengar yoga.

Why do you practice yoga?

I practice yoga to connect within myself and with others. Yoga helped me to relax, to better know myself and to accept myself as I am. I’ve learned not to judge and thanks to yoga I am present and I finally live the moment.

Why do you teach?

I teach because I’d love to spread the Pranaa Yoga principles all over the world! I firmly believe that “sharing is caring” so if I am happy and I feel better during and after a yoga class why not share this with other people?

Favourite Asana?

My favourite Asanas are balancing poses and inversions. These poses can be challenging but I love pushing myself towards the edge and see how my body responds. I also find that inversions bring me clarity and energy when I am tired and confused.
