Prana House's Signature 90min Treatment

A full body relaxation massage and mini-facial including double cleanse and your choice of exfoliation or mask (customised to suit the skin), finishing with scalp massage and moisturising massage. Inspired by Lomi Lomi Heartworks Massage, this flowing treatment allows for the free-flow of Prana throughout the physical and energetic bodies.

Starting with a sensory journey, your therapist will guide you through a breathwork practice to help you drop into your body; allowing you to intuitively decide upon an aromatherapy oil blend that best suits your needs on the day.

Prana House's Signature 90min Pregnancy Treatment

Beginning with a beautiful foot bath ritual, our Signature 90min Pregnancy Treatment includes an hour-long body massage with the support of a full-length body pillow ~ either side-lying or with belly-support (tailored to the trimester you're in at the time).

Finishing with your choice of a mini-facial & scalp massage, moisturising belly massage OR foot treatment to assist with lymphatic drainage - this gorgeous treatment has been designed to connect mother & baby through the power of touch.

Relaxation Massage

A full body relaxation massage totally tailored to you. Starting with a consultation to ascertain your needs, we guide you through a sensory journey with 3 different aromatherapy blends, allowing your body to decide which it is drawn to most on the day. From there, we incorporate these essential oils in with your oil, focusing on specific areas of tension in the body.

Deep Tissue Massage

A full body deep tissue massage working with both the physical and energetic aspects of the body & spirit. Starting with a consultation to ascertain your needs, we then tailor the treatment to suit specific concerns with trigger points and remedial techniques that with melt muscle tension away. Incorporating both bodywork and more subtle energy work, this treatment is a beautiful integrative experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed and realigned.

Pregnancy Massage

A full body massage with the support of a full-length body pillow ~ either side-laying or with belly-support (tailored to the trimester you’re in at the time) while working with both the physical and energetic aspects of the body & spirit.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi Massage incorporates the ancient Hawaiian techniques which utilises long sweeping strokes given with “Aloha”, unconditional love, to encourage the receiver’s own natural healing processes. It is a holistic practice acknowledging the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of the body. Throughout the massage the practitioner will change the direction and pressure of movement and will use light material to drape the body as they work from head to toe on both the front and back body.
