This session will start with a manifestation workshop, so bring your journal or a piece of paper with a pen. Additionally, we will do breathwork techniques to settle in before our sound journey. Then, you will be immersed in sound healing frequencies, bringing down brain activity and entering your subconsciousness with deep meditation. The sounds of quartz crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls will help you balance your mind, spirit, and body.
