Our session will begin by unlocking the power of your breath, the vital force of body, and mind. Learn techniques to gently regulate your nervous system, soothing the turbulence of your mind, and restoring equilibrium to your being.

Next, immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of mindfulness meditation. Allow your thoughts to settle like leaves drifting upon a tranquil stream, finding refuge in the sanctuary of the present moment. Here, you will discover a profound sense of calm and inner peace.

As the celestial tones of ancient instruments wash over you, surrender to the healing vibrations that resonate with your very essence. These sacred sounds will cradle your spirit, dissolving barriers and unlocking the potential for profound healing and transformation.


Sound Healing is an ancient technique of meditating with proven benefits:

-Reduces Stress and anxiety

-Improve and regulate the nervous system.

-Improves sleep and relaxation.

-Release emotional tension and trauma.

What to bring:

Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for use at the studio. Participants are encouraged to bring the following items for additional comfort:

• Cushion for underhead

• Weighted eye pillow or eye mask/something to place over your eyes to support further immersive experience

• Drink bottle for hydration

• Wear loose, comfortable clothes

Avoid of any caffeine intake before the session.

Please arrive approx. 10 minutes early to settle in, the event starts at 2:30 pm
