These luxurious events, held on the new moon or the full moon, are for those who want to experience sacred ceremony’s where you have an opportunity to dive deeper and really honour yourself in a group of likeminded community members. 

Each session will begin with a smudging ceremony before getting settled on the mat in a welcome circle.  Cindy will then conduct a full sacred cacao ceremony including mind-body connection with breathwork and a moon aligned Yin practice. Students will receive some hands on Reiki throughout the session and Cindy will also integrate a deeper vibration to the experience with use of sound healing instruments. There will be an opportunity at the end to do some journalling or to share with the group in a closing circle. 

About Cindy: Cindy is a passionate yoga teacher who's been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Along side her yoga offerings, Cindy is also a trained Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, having learnt the traditional ceremonial methods during her years living in Bali.  This is where Cindy began the path of holding space for people on their cacao journeys. Here at Prana House she is offering phases of the New & Full Moon, guided Cacao ceremonial events. These events incorporate aligned breath and Yin yoga shapes, supported by Reiki & Sound Healing. Cindy loves to weave the beauty of ritual and ceremony, to create heart opening space & community belonging through the potent energies of cacao.
