Join Enza Venuto next Sunday evening for a mindfulness journey around accessing and reviving trust in your intuition. Following a series of events which explored 'connecting to your intuition', this event will go one step further to help you cultivate trust in your intuition.

Intuition is our sense of 'knowingness' - a state of awareness that is separate to our thinking mind. When we trust our intuition we are able to find a greater sense of clarity and purpose.

The experience will include an expansive Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing combined with guided meditation specifically created to help you tune into the synchronicities in your life, enhancing your awareness and understanding of intuitive messages on your path.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you. It is a warm day, however blankets are available if needed.

🔅 We will begin with light knowledge sharing about Ceremonial Cacao and what it means to connect to your Intuition.

🔅 We will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.

🔅 This will then lead into a guided meditation and sound healing

🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.

Benefits of Ceremonial Cacao include:

What should I bring?
Blankets - yoga mats and bolsters are provided
An open mind and heart
A journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

What time should I arrive?
4:55pm to 5:00pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 5:00-5:05pm and doors will be shut.

Who can attend?
All are welcome, no prior experience required

What if I have allergies?
The ceremonial cacao used may incorporate cinnamon, blue lotus or other herbs. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
