Join Enza Venuto @_SolRituals next Sunday, 11th February for a heart opening experience centered around connecting to your intuition! The experience will encompass a healing and restorative Cacao Journey and Sound Healing, along with a guided meditation - the perfect Sunday morning to reset for a new week ahead!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼:

🔅 Tune into yourself and connect deeply to your intuition to identify your purpose driven intentions
🔅 Relax your nervous system
🔅 Practice mindfulness with the support of Ceremonial Cacao and sound frequencies alongside likeminded individuals.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

🔅 Cacao Ceremony - to support in bringing heart, depth and expansion into your practice
🔅 Guided Meditation - specifically created to promote you to connect to your intuition
🔅 Sound Healing - using crystal & alchemy sound bowls and other instruments to deepen your meditative state and support the rebalance of your energetic system

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:

On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you. It is a warm day, however blankets are available if needed.

🔅 We will begin with light knowledge sharing about Ceremonial Cacao and what it means to connect to your Intuition.
🔅 We will then serve our Ceremonial Cacao which has been infused with a touch of blue corn and chilli to deepen the experience
🔅 We will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.
🔅 This will then lead into a guided meditation and sound bath
🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲:

Arrival:
Please arrive between 11:25am to 11:30pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 11:30am and doors will be shut.

Accessibility:
Please note that the studio is only accessible via a staircase.

Allergies and/or intolerances:
The ceremonial cacao used is a traditional recipe which has subtle additional ingredients including blue corn and chilli to deepen the overall experience. There is a sacred relationship between blue corn and cacao which we will discuss more at the event. Please let us know if you have any allergies
