Kamini is the Education Director of the Amrit Yoga Institute USA. Author of Yoga Nidra: The Art of Transformational Sleep, she is widely considered an expert in the field of Yoga Nidra and has created an exciting and versatile body of teaching which uniquely combines western psychology and eastern philosophy. Kamini lectures and trains extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Her Yoga Nidra CD's are used in both correctional and mental facilities in the U.S.. John Vosler is a Senior Teacher of the Yoga Nidra professional training at the Amrit Yoga institute USA. A graduate of the highly acclaimed Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing, his lifelong education in the field of holistic healthcare includes a BA in human development, the study of Applied Kinesiology at the Kinesiology Institute, and programs in CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Release Therapy at John Upledger's Upledger Institute International. With a strong background in anatomy, functional movement and body mechanics, his private bodywork, yoga, and pilates practice has been thriving in Los Angeles for over twenty years.

Learn to lead a Yoga Nidra Workshop

This training will empower you to offer your students and others workshops on Yoga Nidra that can delve into deeper aspects of the practice. It is giving you another avenue to share more than just a 40-minute session of Yoga Nidra with others. Learn to not only lead from the heart, but convey the essence of I AM Yoga Nidra practice through a masterful combination of words, reflection and experience.  

This workshop provides you with the skills and content to deliver a Yoga Nidra workshop in a weekend, day or evening format. We will show you how to deliver each module, building in principles of teaching and designing program content as we go along. With coaching on presence and delivery skills, you will have a chance to practice delivering modules to each other and leave empowered and inspired to take others deeper into the understanding of I AM Yoga Nidra.  

Note: Taking this workshop does not give you permission to teach other facilitators the Integrative Amrit Method (IAM™) Yoga Nidra nor does it allow you to share the cards with others. The content is based around Introducing Yoga Nidra in more depth as well as the stress-producing mental tendencies that drive burnout and how to address them with Yoga Nidra.

About the I AM Yoga Nidra Professional Training

This transformational yoga nidra training is designed to give you a profound understanding of yoga nidra as an ancient technology designed to solve the pitfalls of the human experience. 

Laid out in a precise step-by-step manner, these profound yogic teachings are designed to lead you through a personal and practical process of insight and understanding that will help you see your own life in a different light. Twice daily experiences of yoga nidra will allow these insights to take root and changes to happen from the subtlest levels of consciousness. We will do a total of thirteen or more yoga nidra sessions in four days. Science shows that after eleven sessions of yoga nidra, measurable changes begin to happen in the brain.

Generally we host Yoga Nidra Training ever 2 years at our studio. Although training dates are not confirmed at not definitive the next training will most likely be confirmed for 2021.

Our training is designed to serve both self mastery and liberation. Here you will delve deeper into these aspects and therefore allow space for powerful energy shifts and transformations.
