This two hour workshop with Emma Ceolin Yoga hosted by Prana Housewill explore yoga as a powerful tool for happiness. Expect to dive deep into your yoga practice and into your heart. We’ll begin this workshop with psychology and philosophy underpinning what it means to be happy and explore how happiness presents in our own lives. We’ll then come to our mats to flow intuitively, moving into uplifting and energising heart openers and inversions, and finishing with softening yin postures to let go.
