The first 30 minutes of this workshop you’ll explore how anxiety presents in your life, partake in let-go exercises and coping practices that interrupt anxious thought patterns, look into science, psychology and yoga philosophy defining anxiety. The next 90 minutes you’ll’ll explore yoga as a tool to calm the nervous system, rewire the stress response and alleviate anxiety. With this heart-centred practice, you’ll uncover parts of the body where we tend to hold stress, anxiousness, tension, fear and other negative emotion. Expect asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation, aromatherapy oils, raw vegan treats and connecting with other beautiful humans.
