This deeply nourishing immersion will be an opportunity to take a scared pause but also a way to practice in a kind and compassionate way. Through community and intention, we’ll share the message of peace and harmony raising a higher vibration for the animals in bali.
As I set foot very soon to a home that has become close to my heart the animals are deeply effected by the volcanic crisis, for this immersion we will come together as a community whilst being guided by an evening flow of meditation, long held yin postures and a closing mediation to further deepen into stillness and relaxation.
Postures are supported and tailored using bolsters, blankets and props to facilitate a gentle opening of the body and quietening of the mind. The slower movements and extended postures create space for a deeper inward experience of the posture and an arising awareness of the breath and physical sensations.
Allowing ourselves to deepen into physical and mental stillness offers us the opportunity to reflect and create space and intentions.
There will also be an opportunity to connect and chat together over chai & vegan treats after our practice.
We look forward to sharing this time with you.
Any donations of bedding and blankets for BAWA will be greatly appreciated
