Facilitated by Eleni Kyrpigikidis this 5 week yoga course is specifically designed for people with experiences of depression, anxiety and/or trauma. The course is for those who would like to explore yoga away from a general class environment and focuses on yoga postures that connect you to your body as well as postures that uplift the mind, emotions, and cultivate energy and motivation. It will also explore breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra (sleep-based meditation) to soothe the nervous system and yoga wisdom to support you through challenging times.
As part of the package you will receive three special yoga nidra recordings for you to take home and practice in the comfort of your own space.
This course runs for 5 consecutive weeks, each Sunday 1pm – 2.30pm.
