ABOUT

Join Naturopath Erika Wiseman and Kinesiologist Phillipa Huynh to learn new ways of preparing healthy food that is simple, quick and tasty. Learn why nutrients are important for your health and how you can incorporate the right balance into each meal.

You’ll leave this workshop with a personalised, balanced meal plan that you design with the guidance of a naturopath and a kinesiologist. Your food preferences and intolerances will be taken into account as this workshop is run by a vegan and an omnivore who between them almost cover the gamut of food intolerances and preferences!

Vegan, vegetarian, coeliacs, fructose malabsorption, lactose intolerant and fussy eaters are all catered for in this 2 hour interactive workshop.

As a group, together we’ll come up with a number of unique recipes to suit all requirements and you’ll leave with your own weekly meal plan and group-developed recipe eBook that will stop you eating the same boring foods day in, day out.
