Winter. That very special time of the year when the elements gift the opportunity to slow down, turn in and sink deeply into practices that fill our heart and nourish our soul. Embrace and explore the Infinite depths of your Inner Heart with a full day of Kundalini Yoga, Innerdance and Creative Flow Sound Journeying.
It is our heartfelt intention to offer you an experience to ignite the spiritual fires of the your Inner Heart, and to keep them burning bright with deep introspection, inspiration and creative flow this winter.
Onkartej: Onkartej is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga Teacher who teaches from a Oneness perspective that we are all journeying and evolving together. She shares from a reverent space of heart empowered connection and will guide you through a beautiful process of returning home to the heart and resting in its trust, wisdom and knowing.
Rebecca: As the country space-holder for the global innerdance community, Rebecca works with ritual, energy, sound and dreaming, to help us enter into forgotten states of Consciousness, guiding us back to Love. Through the innerdance process, Rebecca supports us to access the infinite wisdom of our collective histories and futures, so that we may remember our true power as eternally-treasured aspects of the One Divinity. Working as One with Source Energy through innerdance, Rebecca funnels her intuitive abilities into a transformative healing and awakening ritual of spontaneity, trust and surrender. Rebecca is also completing her PhD, researching the effects of the music and movement on perception, being-ness and the mind-body-spirit continuum.
James: A devoted multi-instrumentalist who has been exploring diverse sounds for twenty years. With a strong passion for exploration and expression through improvisation, James’ emotive playing style reflects the diverse world and contemporary musical influences he has explored throughout the years. Through Creative Flow Sound and Movement, James takes us on a musical journey through melody, rhythm and harmony with the Bansuri (Indian flute), guitar, voice, percussion and looping.
Whether your creative expression is through the body or the mind, allow this musical journey to help you connect with your heart, so you can expand and influence your creative potential. Creative flow happens when the mind stops judging and planning, so you can then allow yourself to act intuitively in the moment.
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” – Lao Tzu
