Feeling like something different to mix up your practice?
“Creating Space for joy” is a dynamic yoga workshop with live music to open our hearts and bodies to make space for what makes them sing.
The physical practice will be lead by Joana Simmons, a experienced yoga, movement educator who’s quirky upbeat teaching style will trickle into a challenging engaging class to leave participants smiling.
Samuel Playford has been immersed in music since he was able to walk. Experienced in Classical guitar, he will be playing djembe, panpipes, clave and a fretless guitar to create atmospheric music to truely connect with. The pair are presenting this workshop at Rainbow Serpent festival, have been working closely with each other to be able to follow each other’s lead; so the music, asana, pranayama and meditation harmonise.
Come and find light and space for all things joyful, a great way to start the New Year.
