You are loved! This is true… Please pause to consider… It is your right to feel all the love you have received, and allow this love into your daily activities.
Although we may experience profound peace and joy in a yoga practice… it can be challenging to integrate this into our daily life.
At this workshop we will explore techniques for bringing your life experiences,challenges and loves onto your yoga mat and into your practice.
Why would you do this? Because allowing real life experiences in your yoga practice opens the door to integrating your yoga experiences back into life.
This is the final stage of yoga. After breath, movement, and releasing, is allowing. Allowing love, allowing bliss and lightness to be directed at your activities. Allowing perception of pure consciousness that is always already present.

Peter Cohen is one of Australia’s most experienced teacher trainers. Senior accredited in 3 yoga lineages over 20years,guest teaching on trainings with spiritual masters: Mark Whitwell, Nicky Knoff and Urgyen Yeshe Ozer. Peter teaches principles of breath, movement, releasing and allowing.
