Emily is a Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher practicing in Melbourne. Emily’s class will investigate how to deeply understand the language of the body and the way the body can inform the process of Living. Yoga practice allows Emily to access gratitude, empowerment, openness and connectedness.For this reason Emily is consistently drawn to yoga and is passionate about sharing it with others. It is important to Emily that yoga is accessible to anyone that wishes to practice.
