For Elenni, rolling out her yoga mat feels like coming home. Completing her 200 hour training with Power Living Yoga in 2015, Elenni is grateful to have learnt from local legends including Chris Wilson and Cassie Lee as well as international teachers Ana Forest, Meghan Currie and Carlos Pomeda. Elenni loves how moving the body and focusing on the breath can tap into some really interesting sticky spots of the mind. Passionate about making yoga accessible to as many people as she can, her classes are dynamic, offer challenges, but are also supportive and nurturing. Teaching vinyasa, slow flow and yin, Elenni focuses heavily on alignment principles for safety and body-awareness and weaves in yogic philosophy and how that can fit into modern life, allowing students to explore the limits of possibility in their bodies and in their minds. Embracing yoga for the sheer joy of it, classes aren’t too serious and there are always a few laughs thrown in for good measure too.
